「只开一页」隐私政策
1. 政策范围
本政策适用于 Chrome 扩展“只开一页”。本扩展的唯一用途是识别新打开的网址是否已存在于其他标签页中；如果存在，则激活已有标签页并关闭新产生的重复标签页。
2. 本扩展处理的信息
- 标签页网址：临时读取 URL 和正在加载的 URL，仅用于在用户设备上比较是否重复。
- 用户设置：启用状态、URL 匹配偏好，以及用户填写的不处理网站名单。
- 本地统计：累计避免重复标签页的次数。
- 临时状态：当前浏览器会话中待检查标签页的数字 ID 和创建时间。
本扩展不会读取网页正文、表单、Cookie、密码、认证令牌、个人通信或文件内容。
3. 信息的使用方式
标签页网址只用于实时比较，比较结束后不会被本扩展保存。本扩展不会建立浏览历史、用户画像或行为分析。设置和累计数量仅用于提供用户可见的扩展功能。
4. 存储和保留
- 标签页网址仅在运行内存中瞬时处理。
- 用户设置、不处理网站名单和累计数量保存在当前设备的 Chrome 扩展本地存储中。
- 待检查标签页 ID 保存在会话存储中，并在浏览器会话结束后清除。
- 卸载扩展或清除扩展数据即可删除持久化设置和统计。
当前版本不使用 Chrome 同步存储保存数据。
5. 传输、分享和出售
本扩展没有后端服务器、远程日志、分析服务或广告服务，不会将用户数据传输给发布者或第三方。本扩展不会出售、出租或分享用户数据，不会将其用于广告、信用判断或与扩展单一用途无关的目的，也不会允许人工读取用户数据。
6. 权限
tabs：比较标签页 URL，并激活或关闭标签页。webNavigation：识别新标签页导航、重定向和完成状态。storage：在本机保存设置、累计数量和临时标签页状态。
本扩展不申请网站主机权限，不注入网页脚本，也不修改网页内容或网络请求。
7. 数据安全
本扩展采用最小权限原则。所有可执行代码均包含在安装包内，不下载或执行远程代码。由于没有数据发送到发布者服务器，发布者无法访问用户的标签页网址或本地设置。
8. 儿童隐私
本扩展面向一般生产力使用场景，不以儿童为目标，也不会明知收集儿童的个人信息。
9. 政策变更
如果本扩展的数据处理方式发生实质变化，本政策会更新生效日期，并在发布新版本前提供相应说明。

One Tab Only
1. Scope
This policy applies to the Chrome extension “One Tab Only.” Its single purpose is to determine whether a URL opened in a new tab already exists in another tab; if it does, activate the existing tab and close the newly created duplicate.
2. Information Processed
- Tab URLs: URLs and pending URLs are read transiently for on-device duplicate comparison.
- User settings: Enabled state, URL matching preferences, and ignored-site rules entered by the user.
- Local counter: The number of duplicate tabs avoided.
- Temporary state: Numeric IDs and creation times of tabs awaiting comparison during the current browser session.
The Extension does not read page content, forms, cookies, passwords, authentication tokens, personal communications, or file contents.
3. Use of Information
Tab URLs are used only for real-time comparison and are not retained. The Extension does not create browsing histories, user profiles, or behavioral analytics. Settings and the counter are used only for user-facing features.
4. Storage and Retention
- Tab URLs are processed transiently in memory.
- Settings, ignored-site rules, and the counter are stored locally on the current device.
- Pending tab IDs are kept in session storage and cleared when the browser session ends.
- Uninstalling the Extension or clearing extension data removes persistent settings and statistics.
The current version does not use Chrome sync storage to store data.
5. Transfer, Sharing, and Sale
The Extension has no backend, remote logging, analytics, or advertising service and does not transmit user data to the publisher or third parties. It does not sell, rent, or share data; use it for advertising, credit decisions, or unrelated purposes; or permit humans to read user data.
6. Permissions
tabs: Compare tab URLs and activate or close tabs.webNavigation: Detect new-tab navigations, redirects, and completion.storage: Store local settings, the counter, and temporary tab state.
The Extension requests no host permissions, injects no page scripts, and does not modify page content or network requests.
7. Security
All executable code is included in the installation package. No remote code is downloaded or executed. Because no data is sent to a publisher-operated server, the publisher cannot access users' tab URLs or local settings.
8. Children's Privacy
The Extension is a general productivity tool, is not directed to children, and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes
If data practices materially change, this policy will be updated with a new effective date before a new version is released.
